  Very unprofessional service, dirty waiting room and overall negative experience with the doctors and staff. As soon as you walk into the office there is a sign saying we do not fill pain prescriptions so being it is in manville I assume the practice is filled with drug addicts and such. The doctor would not fill any forms out for me before I was to get my surgery. Dr shah held up the process for me to get help by a couple of months at least. I would never have went here but my insurance brought me here. Find another doctor
